This rescue goes above and beyond to make sure adopters are happy with their new pet. They are available by email or phonel anytime, indefinitely as long as the dog lives. They will take their dogs back if for some reason the adopter can no longer keep it. I have always gone back to this rescue when I want another dog. It is a nice feeling to know that once you adopt a dog from Nova not to worry because they are easy to contact. Our family will always adopt from this rescue.
