My Nonprofit Reviews

I work in community volunteer services and yet find myself disconnected from the people I serve because of work woes and the need to collect a paycheck. This summer, I volunteering with RA through GISHWHES and reminded myself why it is so important to recognize the needs of the individual while doing service. I not only made new friends in my neighborhood but also across the world because of RA. I'm proud to be part of this organization and to do what I can to help those around me with a single act of kindness.
