After the WWP lost Tim Grossman, the VA benefits team has gone to crap. I have lost all faith in the WWP claims department. No this has nothing to do with winning or losing my claim. Its strictly about communication, assistance, and caring none of which my WWP David Hill or my regional manager gave a damn about. My claim was finished, never heard a word from either one weeks before or after my claim was completed. Come to find out the regional manager was fired and the WWP didn't think...hey lets contact the veterans on her case load and provide a status up or introduce them to the new regional manager. I wrote David Hill several emails, at first he responded then he got lost in cyber space.....So I recommend you find another VSO or Veterans lawyer (like I did that communicates with me weekly with out asking).
All in All: avoid Tracy Pennycuick (whom was fired) and David Hill (AKA Extremely useless) at all costs or your claim will never get awarded in your favor...

I mean where do I begin? The Wounded Warrior project is simply AWESOME! They are just a bunch of awesome people EVERY single one of them! They are always looking out for veterans like me AND my family. I tell all my Veteran friends about the Wounded Warrior Project. They are always concerned about my needs and look out for my wants as well. They treat me and my family like GOLD!. The benefits team goes above and beyond and not only because I won my VA claim but because of how they informed me of the process and explained everything to me and didn't make any broken promises. I'm very proud to wear my WWP shirts and hats and brag to everyone about them. I highly recommend supporting and becoming a part of this nonprofit.
