I am a charter member of this unit. I have been a member of veteran's organizations for the past 47 years. And this unit is one of the hardest working and most effective units I have ever experienced. They have created projects that support local VA hospitals, local needy veterans, legislative support, student scholarships and have helped the City of Linden to prosper. If you are a wife, mother, daughter, sister, granddaughter or great-granddaughter of one or more of our veterans who served state side or on foreign lands you can really make a difference in the lives and the community this unit supports. This unit is only 3 years old and very small. You can have significant impact as a volunteer or member here.

The Loose Senior Center provides an invaluable service to our community. It can serve the needs of a senior ranging from those who are looking for occasional entertainment to those who are seeking daily interaction to maintain their physical and mental health.
