I've been following this organization for a few years. Working in the non-profit world myself, I'm in the loop as it pertains to different activities and the general feel for a group. This foundation has always received a very positive response from practically everyone. They seem to really care and follow the things that they say they're about. I've also been involved in a lot of customer service positions, so I understand the ins and the outs when it comes to working with people in general. I know its not always easy and that it requires a certain gift to be effective--especially over time. This group has a really good energy. I wish them all of the best!
