I was living in NJ at the time and heard about HCPAP when I lost my dog of 16 years. I traveled to VA and met Tracey and her volunteers. She helped me find the perfect puppy for me! Bailey has been a member of our family for 5 years now. The process was so smooth and rewarding! Bailey was well cared for and loved before she joined our family and has been loved ever since! Thank you again HCPAP you will always be a part of our family!
