We were trying to adopt a dog from them paid all fees had all background checks excellent references and had had WGSD for 20 years. We wanted to take a foster dog in that was here locally. Because we commented on their facebook page that we didn't understand why it was taking so long we were refused adoption. I was told it was my own fault as I dare to comment on their page. The responsibility of a 501(c)3 charity is to place animals in homes and we were verified as an exemplary home but since I dare comment on the process we were refused any dog. Purely based on spite not on fitness, they broke our hears because they could. Using a charity to hurt people and keep animals from loving homes is not what they should do.
