When my French Bulldog Rosie passed away, I was devastated beyond belief. My other Frenchie Maggie missed her fur sister as well, so I decided to find her a companion. I was fortunate to find out about FBRN and kept looking for a foster that would be a potential match. I was lucky to be selected as the forever mom for foster Loki (now Jack)! Before the adoption was finalized, an FBRN volunteer did a thorough background check and home visit. On December 24, 2010, I picked my fur baby up from his foster mama and he fit right in.

The FBRN team is amazing - they are always available for advice on health or behavior issues. They stand behind the dogs - if for any reason an adopter can no longer care for their FBRN grad, the rescue will take the dog back. FBRN goes above and beyond - fosters are evaluated and given necessary medical treatment before adoption. They have wonderful events where alumni can get together and work to raise money for the fosters. I will be forever grateful to them for bringing my sweet Jack into my life.

FBRN is an incredible organization that goes above and beyond to ensure their foster dogs receive the best care possible and are placed with the appropriate forever families. From the detailed application process through the home visit and reference checks, FBRN puts the welfare of the dogs first and foremost. Not only that, but everyone I've interacted with in the organization is great. They're always there to answer questions, and are infinitely patient with new "parents".
