It is truthfully shameful that the director of this "rescue" found it necessary to steal a sheltie that already had a home. This will help destroy the reputation of all dog rescues. This makes me wonder if ALL of the dogs handled by this rescue are nothing but dogs stolen from their loving families for the personal agenda of this "rescue". I thought that was the purpose of having a dog microchipped? To have it returned to it's loving family if it was ever lost?
