Review for Ponderosa Serenity Ministries, Bailey, TX, USA
By their own admission, this is NOT a legally recognized non-profit. Yet posts are made requesting a free vehicle, stating the donation would be tax deductible. Makes one question...
Dear Karma2m, Ponderosa Serenity Ministries (PSM) is a Biblically Legal Ministry which does not seek it status with the secular government (Lev 18:3) but receives its authority through Christ (Matthew 28: 19-20 “Therefore, go and make taught ones of all the nations, immersing them in the Name of the Father and of the Son and of the Set-apart Spirit, teaching them to guard all that I have commanded you." Therefore, there is no requirement for PSM to receive any recognition nor apply for any through the US or any STATE government (26 USC 508). The Church, by its very nature, is tax exceptioned and its donors may deduct whatever it gives to this ministry (This charitable church ministry is not for profit and maintains its nontaxable status consistent with 26 U.S.C. 508 (c)(1)(A) of the Internal Revenue Code with respect to section 501(c)(3).)
