Review for Paws and Think Inc, Indianapolis, IN, USA
The human-dog connection is celebrated here via visits to hospitals, libraries, senior centers, etc. This organization has done an excellent job adjusting to the no-visit rules of CoVID19 as well...impressive.
Review for Indiana State Museum Foundation Inc, Indianapolis, IN, USA
The Indiana State Museum Foundation is an integral funding arm of the missions of the Indiana State Museum. The museum covers the science, art, and history of the state of Indiana, allowing visitors and residents the opportunity to learn more about where the state has been, where it is today, and where it is headed, in the grand scheme of the world. Without the funding from the foundation, programming would suffer, which would affect thousands of school children and families.

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...
My children have visited the museum as part of their 4th grade Civics lessons, learning about Indiana State government, etc.
If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...
Donate a million dollars to they could do even more programs, have more digs, better traveling exhibits, etc.
What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...
The museum does a great job of educating about everything from fossils and geology of the state to pioneers to Abraham Lincoln. Every time I go to the museum I find something new and interesting.
The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...
Very nice, educated and helpful.
If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...
Get more traaveling exhibits. Give free parking. Open a new gallery.
Ways to make it better...
I think the museum needs more funding, as apparently programming has suffered from the bad economy; not as many programs as in previous years. Museum is also closed on Mondays now, which is not good when there are school holidays on Mondays...
In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...
Definitely funding. Leadership may be a problem, too, as they seem to have gone through a number of presidents in recent years.
One thing I'd also say is that...
I love this museum and hope the foundation will continue to support it.
