I love working with this group. They are very professional in the way they handle everything, put on great shows, and love their patrons. I've been the Concessions Manager for 7 years and get great support from the management and other volunteers.

Working as their Concessions Manager for the past 7 years. I get alot of support from the management and other volunteers in setup and tear down each night and assisting with the sale of concessions at intermission.
What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...
The closeness of the staff and actors,other volunteers and patrons. There is a great comradarie between the staff and actors, they care about you personally and help out wherever you need help.
The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...
easy going, ready to pitch in with whatever needed to get done, friendly and work very hard to present wonderful shows each summer.
If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...
Rule the world! They would be able to get a rehearsal space, storage for props and costumes, and really take free shakespeare to the next level.
Ways to make it better...
The only downfall is having to tear down the concessions each night - If there was a way we could make a permanent area for concessions, it would make my life alot easier.
In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...
continued funding to put on great shows, since contributions to the arts is dwindling.
