Review for Phillips Collection, Washington, DC, USA
I visited the Phillips Collection and very much enjoyed it. I was impressed by its facilities and atmosphere, and enjoyed the exposure to new artists and concepts. Phillips Collection's reputation as a salient cultural institution is well-deserved.
