It's long overdue that an organization such as this one has started to represent people who are all too often under served and under represented. Rather than give the state large sums of money, year after year, only to see them mismanage it, resulting in waiting lists, it would be better to allow beneficiaries to self-direct their own care. People living with HIV/AIDS are far more aware of their own needs and arguably would do a better job of obtaining services and support that would allow them to maintain a healthy lifestyle. All too often, the views of the beneficiary are overlooked and this organization has demonstrated, in a short period of time, its ability to put the ADAP recipients first!
