Review for Vanished Children's Alliance, San Jose, CA, USA

Rating: 5 stars

We had the VCA help us with our Child ID program on Halloween. Our volunteers at the Rocklin Police Department have been putting together Child ID kits for about four years at no cost to the parents. Recently we were trying to find more accurate and faster methods. VCA's Amy Renaud drove clear from San Jose to Rocklin (near Sacramento)to train us on their technique. It's more hi-tech than ours with much better fingerprint quality. We have been using Polaroid for our pictures because of the speed and it has been discontinued. The VCA combination of camera and fingerprint scan worked very well. The picture quality was not very good but we had low lighting so that may have contributed. Thank you to Amy and Kristin for their support and to VCA for a fine program.

They are so willing to help.

The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...
