I love this organization, and the branch they support ToysAucrossAmerica. My son has autism and it is difficult to find programs who get the struggles we actually face. They break things down to the simplest form, a toy in the mail, that completely transforms a child with autisms day. Which in turn affects the whole family. I know they also give families iPads for the child with autism, which is amazing because a child with autism sometimes cannot speak, and those that can have a hard time relaying what they want or need. The iPad program differs from any other organization because all fundraising is directly sent to the families raising the money in the form of an iPad, no money is going to "corporate bigwigs" which really directly and immediately impacts the families. We are very impressed and thankful for this nonprofit.
