It has been a year since I joined the class and I've gained more strength in physical and mental terms. The community of the class helped give me tips and advice that have given me motivation to still continue in their dojo. I recommend this class for anyone who seeks to find confidence and wishes to learn techniques that can aid them in their spare time.
