In my Career as a financial analyst and consultant to banks and family offices I have repeatedly used the publications of the Research Foundation to develop solutions for our clients. The publications of the Research Foundation have been specifically helpful in advising a bank in the Middle East where we could help our client implement the first target date fund based on Shariah compliant investments. This way we were able to help introduce the first professional retirement savings product that was implemented with a major corporate pension plan in the region and sold to private investors as a transparent and cost-effective solution to save for retirement.

The publications on life annuities, Islamic finance and the equity risk premium by the research foundation were key inputs in developing this product as well as other solutions for retail investors around the world.
