I have and currently work with a number of non-profits in the DC/MD/VA area (as a donor/volunteer/advisor). Amman Imman hands down does the most with each dollar donated to its cause. The majority of this nonprofit is made up of unpaid volunteers who care about the organization, its cause, and who are dedicated to making the world a better place. The associate director who works in the US and the Founder who actually works on the ground, both in Niger and the US, are both intelligent, motivated, and two of the sweetest people you could possibly want to work with. The leadership circle all have designated and specific duties with routine meetings to keep everyone on track.
