I've been involved with ODA since the beginning (almost 20 years!) and have seen the dedication of the crews to get as much marine debris out of the coastal waters as possible. I think every shoreline needs ODA!

My close-up observations of WWFA: Caring hearts / taking action / honoring donors / making it happen / working with awesome coordinators in Malawi / saving lives / improving lives / following up / quality work / sustainable water sources / less illnesses / more kids in school / mothers happy / gardens growing / life is better for all / God is good. Amen!

ODA is undeniably one of the world's top experts in marine debris removal! Their unparalleled expertise in hauling out abandoned fishing gear (along with plastic and other manmade pollution) is invaluable to coastal waters and marine life that are suffering from this hazardously and often deadly debris. If you follow ODA, you will see the most hard-working and passionate volunteers carrying out the organizations mission on behalf of so many people who care about the ocean but just can't get out there on the water to do it themselves! Hooray for ODA!

Talk about heart!! This organization REALLY cares about people and the oceans. I know two of the board members, (Patti and Ray), and they are very sincere in their efforts to help people who are facing physical and emotional challenges. They become dear friends with everyone they help. And on top of that they are HUGE ocean lovers and are passionate about inspiring people to be great stewards of our seas.

WWFA is the real deal! They have been consistently installing water wells since 1996 helping over 320,000 people. WWFA has a huge heart to help people in need!

ODA is providing a very important service to the oceans and wildlife! No other nonprofit in California or Hawaii does what ODA does -- remove debris from the sea from onboard their vessel. I love what they do! We have to clear the fishing lines so whales can swim free!

I have volunteered with this small-but-mighty organization for many years and am very proud to be associated with them. It makes my heart glad to see an organization run by genuine people who truly care about people (half way around the world!) who are desperately in need of a resource that we all have at our fingertips. Thank you to Founder Kurt Dahlin and everyone involved. WWFA delivers clean water and saves lives!
