While I would say that the hearts and goals are well-intended, I did not find the place to be ran very professionally. The owners themselves appeared extremely knowledgeable and equipped people, but they simply cannot do everything themselves. The hired staff member that I encountered and the work done when the leaders aren't around was disappointing on several levels. I understand money may not be able to provide for new or different staff, but sometimes its a necessity. I think more training and supervision is definitely needed there. Volunteers and new interns can't be trusted for everything. It's just not safe.
