I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...
the outreach that they have done to multiple artistic communities within DC.
What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...
the fellowship and the support that they provide to established and emerging artists.
The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...
thoughtful.
If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...
provide inspiration and support to many different artists.

Review for Story District, Washington, DC, USA
I began attending the SpeakeasyDC events when a friend invited me, and I have been hooked since. A supportive community, wonderful heartfelt expressions of highly personnel stories, a venue unlike any other in DC. I have come to truly appreciate the unique space that the SpeakeasyDC team has been able to create.

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...
the warm, caring, nurturing environment that they have created for the DC community.
If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...
try to provide them with the financial stability to allow for long term planning.
What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...
the lengths they go to supporting the storytellers.
The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...
wonderful.
If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...
change the dynamics of the DC arts community.
Ways to make it better...
they had a better financial base to work from.
In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...
growing without losing their focus.
One thing I'd also say is that...
they have grown with a shoestring budget, it would be amazing to see what they could do fully resourced.
