I cannot say enough about Blanca's House! As a new volunteer and a student nurse anesthetist I had no idea what to expect, but from the moment I arrived at the airport it was clear to me that I would be working with and getting to know some amazing people. Everyone was so welcoming and supportive that I instantly felt comfortable. I was not expecting great accommodations on a mission like this, but the hotel was absolutely beautiful and the food was amazing! The days did not feel long because everyone worked so well together and I learned so much from the amazing nurse anesthetists on the mission. It was emotional to see how much each and every person truly cared for the patients. This experience changed my life and made me realize how important it is to give back. I am honored to say that I completed a mission with Blanca's House! Thank you!!
