Review for The Freecycle Network, Tucson, AZ, USA
I have been able to see some of my excess "stuff" go to good homes through this group, and have gotten some great deals to help my family budget as well. I love it!

What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...
Knowing stuff that still has life in it is not going to landfills!
Ways to make it better...
Individual groups that are in close geographic proximity would MERGE! Within a 15 mile radius of my house there are at least EIGHT freecycle groups. I subscribe to all of them...and as a result, get a LOT of duplicate e-mails.
In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...
the tiny fractures. Again, why EIGHT freecycle groups within a 15 mile radius?
One thing I'd also say is that...
I wish that individual group owners would quit holding messages back until they are manually approved. This results in a lot of offers going through to the group after they have already been snatched up on other groups that have quicker approval.
How frequently have you been involved with the organization?
