I've been around many non-profits and to me Keshet exemplifies what a non-profit should be. You have a visionary leader in Shira that is passionate, talented, empathic, and willing to take calculated risks to move the organization forward for the benefit of Keshet's patrons. The staff has bought in to the idea of Keshet and it's multifaceted programs. Keshet excites, empowers, enlightens, and embraces a community thirsty for artistic endeavors and community building. I'm proud to say I'm a board member of this wonderful organization.
