Review for Solace for the Children, Mooresville, NC, USA
Hello Everyone!
This is Fardin Pouya, a former Volunteer and Peace Ambassador in Solace for the Children in Kabul in 2013. In my review, I would like to quote an old email that I had sent to my fellow Volunteers on 18/06.2013. I believe that children are not the only direct beneficiaries of the program; likewise, the program offers life changing experiences for those who take part in assisting the great mission of Solace for the children.
Dear All:
Let me express myself through a couple of words and share my true feelings as a member of the great family of Solace. For me, Solace has been the beginning of a new journey to the world of my within and to the land of children who are the wealthiest of all! They donate you with beautiful smiles and remind you that this life is a good opportunity to go beyond yourself and see the others next to you.
Nowadays, I am experiencing the best moments of my life among committed Peace Ambassadors and children whose daily growth inspires me to put more efforts to help them.
The Solace family rewards everyone with something valuable. Children recover and gain health while a Peace Ambassador like me finds his mission in life.
Thanks to everyone who has given a hand in building this great family.
Best,
