Review for Denkai Animal Sanctuary, Grover, CO, USA
Today I went into denkai hoping to look at puppies to find our next family dog. As soon as I walked into their facility I felt judged. (I have piercings and tattoos and was scrubbed out) They were extremely rude and treated me as if I had no clue what I was talking about! I gave them specific needs in what I was looking for and they laughed and handed me a pre adoption form and shooed my daughter and I away. Didnt let me see ANY dogs. They wanted me out of there ASAP. The puppies I seen online were extremely cute and my daughter fell inlove with one of them. Yet due to the extreme rude and judgemental manner we will not be adopting from them.... EVER!

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...
Get better employees who have good customer service skills, open minded, and who do not judge people because of their looks.
