Review for The Outreach Center, Morganton, NC, USA
This is one of the best resources for working class people. They will help you every way they can. I have known people who took the GED program and graduated and recently was promoted to supervisor In her company. I will always support this cause because of there dedication to our county. Please look up their website if you are looking for a charity to be a part of.

I would figure out how to get them more money so they could implement more programs they are so realistic with there programs.
