Review for San Francisco Court Appointed Special Advocate Program, San Francisco, CA, USA

I have been an advocate for a 15 year old boy for 5 years. I am so thankful for the training and support from SFCASA that allows me to continue this important relationship. Advocates are sometimes the only consistent person in a foster child's life. Without SFCASA, close to 300 children and youth in SF would be without this critical support.

I've also volunteered in the SFCASA office. I can tell you the staff is frugal with their spending and generous with their time.

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...

I would make sure they had more funding to hire more supervisors to support more advocates to stand up for more kids in foster care.
