I've always said one of the best things that's ever happened to me at SCSU was meeting Dan! He is an incredible person inside and out but most of all an inspirational person filled with passion. The Daniel Trust Foundation is a way to give back and acknowledge. I couldn't be more proud of the person Dan is but most of all a great friend I've gained in college and for a lifetime. I'm one who had volunteered for the foundation as it is an accomplishment for myself to have been part of. We awarded the Kathy Silver Award which was Dan's High School teacher who always pushed him to exceed beyond ! The whole night was a fun, filled, and learning environment where people of all kinds and beliefs got together to celebrate! I look forward to many more events and times to give back! Keep up the great work :)
