I have been an active Volunteer with Asheville Humane Society for several years, and can attest to the excellent care the pets receive while in our shelter. I work with cat adopters almost every weekend, and am always impressed with how efficient and caring the staff is with every adoption. I am also a corporate sponsor and can attest to the diligence the team uses in their marketing and operation efficiency. I have volunteered and supported other shelters over the years, and have no reservations when I say that Asheville Humane Society is the best run shelter I have encountered with the most dedicated volunteers and staff.
