As a pastor I am familiar with many mission organizations and missionaries. I believe Charis is an exceptional organization because it focuses on the most important things - the salvation and discipleship of precious souls for whom Jesus died. Dr. Henderson and all the folks at Charis put the needs of the people first, so their money and efforts are not eaten up by a bloated organization, expensive buildings and projects. Their inroads into the long neglected Voodoo villages also shows great courage and faith in the power of the Word of God.

I am very happy to recommend Charis as a great non-profit!
