I've managed to reenter the workforce with help from Wounded Warrior Project and through a combination of their workshops, employment services and recovery coordination. Amanda Bayatpoor, Jolene Richardson, Susan Deguzman, Laura Lamon and so many others have been instrumental to my reintegration into the civilian sector in addition to getting my degree and overcoming some health issues. Without them the burden of handling such challenges would have fallen solely on my family and now in hindsight I see how that could have been detrimental and thank WWP for all their assistance and guidance. The work they do is immeasurable and I would strongly advise any fellow post 9/11 veterans to reach out to them.
