I have been in this field for a long time and I find it very rewarding. Ibelieve until you have worked with persons with disabilities you haven't really worked. I have also been employed with with many other places and hands down EHCA is the BEST place I have ever worked.I have been an employee of EHCA for 19yrs and the agency has been very good to me.
