I was invited to perform at Rocket City Pride in 2012 when I first met James Robinson and the incredible group of volunteers at Free2Be LGBTQ Resource Center. I was totally blown away by the work they are doing there. After seeing all of the people they offer their services to and hearing their stories, I knew that this was an organization I wanted to be affiliated with and support.
