Nancy Horne is not only an inspiration, but she is a comforting place to go, an encouraging word, and a dedicated leader. She has talked me through the most difficult times of my life. She has guided me, and motivated me, and above all else, she has cared for me. I can honestly say, my life would be a lot darker if it weren't for Nancy Horne and Jeffrey's Voice leaving the light on. She is by far the most deserving of this recognition. She deserves it, she earned it, and she would honor it.
