Review for Dancers' Group, San Francisco, CA, USA
I love Dancers' Group. Their publication, IN DANCE, includes great articles each issue. Their weekly emails are the main way to find out about jobs, upcoming events, and performances. I used to co-direct the Dance IS Festival, which was a fiscally sponsored project of Dancers' Group. Their fiscal sponsorship program helps many small dance companies and choreographers take the leap with writing grants, producing shows, and more. The yearly membership fee is modest and well-worth the fee. I recommend Dancers' Group a few times every month to dancers new to the Bay Area.
