The Wounded Warrior Project held my hand during some of the worst periods of my life. They assisted and advised me throughout my medical boards and VA ratings... they have Honored me and Empowered me. They got me to understand that even though I would never again be the person I was... that I still had value and worth, all the while the Army was treating like a Dx'ed piece of equipment.
