Review for Multiple Sclerosis Association of America, Inc., Cherry Hill, NJ, USA

How can this charity be 3-star rated by CharityNavigator and 4-star rated by Guidestar reviewers when they dedicate less than 1/2 of revenues (44.3%) to "programs" and OVER half (51.6%) of revenues to FUNDRAISING? It seems that the National Multiple Sclerosis Society (81% of revenues to programs) is a much better "charitable investment".

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...

Restructure my financials in order to deliver more "bang for the buck". Executive salaries and administrative costs are quite within reasonable limits, but FUNDRAISING is WAY out of kilter for the tastes of good stewards.
