I think it's sad that a group of individuals who claim to be "allies" of the shelter have done nothing but tarnish the image of a great animal shelter and operation. It is a very clean facility for the shelter animals and the employees do an amazing job at taking care of these animals. I've been in and out of the shelter on a weekly basis and all I see are friendly faces and happy animals. It's like my father use to say, "Remember this, when you point your finger at someone, there are 3 more pointing right back at you." It is a sad day that people put their own needs or desires over the welfare of the animals they claim they are protecting. Allies my ass. They should be ashamed of themselves and banned from the shelter.
