After going with an unregistered investment adviser I found myself out a lot of money. I did not know what steps to even begin to take for not only getting my money back, but also stopping the adviser from practicing in the future. Eagle Research contacted state regulators to inquire further on my behalf and advised me on what steps to take to give me the best shot at reaching my objective of getting refunded and stopping the adviser from continuing. They even went as far as proof reading and suggesting edits on my first letter requesting a refund.
