Arizona "in" humane society. We accept all pets and will gladly take your money so we can kill your pet for you while you dream about his lovely new home. That happened to me! Sean the vet tech told us that our cat was in great shape and would be up for adoption. We voiced we were concerned he was ten and they reassured us that many people like older pets because there are times older people want older pets and they cut adoption fees in half. We said if there is any slight chance he will be killed we will take him home. He said unless he has a deadly disease they would not. They boasted about his white teeth. After looking on the website and no sign of my healthy cat. I went to find where he was and was treated horribly. They were ready to share where he was but after looking up his info the lady put a blank face. Then she made up stories about how my cat might be in a farm or a working cat. Later on after many phone calls I found out the truth. He was killed the same day! They said they needed to pull out a tooth and that did not grant him a second chance. Not only did they lie about the tooth but they blamed his age! Wasn't it easier to tell us to take him home if within hours they were going to murder him anyways! Arizona "in" humane society.
