Florida Urgent Rescue is an amazing rescue. When our foster went missing they spent six weeks , going to the same location every day to catch her even though they didn't know me and she wasn't a F.U.R. dog. This was through all the holidays and some just awful weather. Addie wouldn't have ever made it home without the dedication of F.UR. They kept at it when I wanted to give up. F.U.R. also took a chance on a stray senior dog I named Charlie when no one else would. He had huge head masses and was clearly not in good shape. I was able to give him a home and so much love in his final days before we learned he had cancer that was too far along for treatment. F.U.R. let me hold Charlie in my arms and give him kisses as we said goodbye so although we don't know if he felt much love during his life, he knew he was loved at the end. His ashes sit in my cupboard with other animals we've had to say goodbye to. F.U.R. takes chances on dogs other people may passby. They give these animals affection and a chance for a better life. I will forever be a supporter.

I can't say enough positive things about Pit Sisters. I was a foster parent through their program. When my foster ended up getting sick they made sure that he got the best care possible. They are always available and helpful. The work they do is amazing. They take in dogs they if it weren't for them, may not have a chance. I ended up adopting my foster. We just fell in love with him. I am thankful to Pit Sisters everyday for bringing this beautiful boy into my life. I am sure my dog, Hulk, is so happy that they stepped in and changed his life too. I see Pit Bulls in a whole new light and I owe it all the the Pit Sisters! (Thank you!)
