Review for Friends Of The Park, Russellville, IN, USA
This is a group of adults that care very much for the community. My grandkids attend the Fun in the sun programs that are free at Roachdale. they can not wait for the 2010 summer to start. Mrs. Gorrell and Mrs. Edwards do a fantastic job with the kids. Mrs. Gorrell also is busy in the other towns as the coordinator for the programs. I just found out that she also is in charge of the food booth that raises some of the funds for the kids summer progams and i called and offered my time to help in it this summer at the 4-H fair. so anyone else that can do it. this is a great organization that does care alot for our kids and grand kids.

They donot turn anyone away from the programs and they make sure that every child get a free lunch and then all adults that are there get a free lunch if there is food left they allow the kids to get more to eat.

expand the 3 parks they serve, have several days of fun in the sun and have free lunch every day for the intire summer months. they could build the music stage a Roachdale, the restrooms at Russelville and the sports park at Bainbridge.
