AFCA runs an incredible organization, with lean administrative overhead and effective programing, they dynamically tackle the huge issue of children infected and affected by AIDS in Africa. I continue to discover aspects of their programming that surprise me by being well-thought out. They are serious about trying to work themselves out of a job, but wherever there is a need, AFCA steps in in a sustainable way. It's an honor to work with AFCA.
