Genesis Joy House female veterans homeless shelter strives to bring quality services to each individual that they work with. They are working tirelessly to expand their care to individuals by creating places for long-term housing. This organization is worthy of our support.

I new Margaret Queen-Flowers long before she began the journey of establishing Genesis Joy House. Margaret Queen-Flowers founder and incorporated Genesis Joy House over ten years ago. Genesis Joy House humble beginnings had many challenges. There were three properties that were donated to this organization. All were in need of renovation and there were no funds on hand for any of the work that needed to be done. Over the years Margaret Queen-Flowers flowers worked relentlessly to find funds and volunteers to fix up these properties. As time went by Genesis Joy House was blessed with funds and volunteers to begin working on the properties. This work continue for years until completion. Now Genesis Joy House a shelter for homeless female veterans is fully housed and has a waiting list. I've supported Genesis and I would recommend this organization as a worthy one to support.

Over six years ago Margaret Queen Flowers was inspired to do something to help the homeless female veterans in her home town and surrounding area. After much prayer and hard work her tireless efforts and strong desire for her vision touch the heart of an individual who donated to her three buildings. These buildings were not fit to live in and in need of much repair. Margaret went to work on addressing the new needs of funds, volunteers , materials and help needed to get these buildings repaired and ready to meet the needs of the homeless female vets that would come calling or knocking at Genesis. This Labor of love was no easy task and required much hard work many tireless days and restless nights. With great work ethics, prayer and God's help through the many years her dedications and labors has brought this dream into reality. This Homeless shelter for female vets was greatly needed in this area of Georgia and is possibly the only one of its kind. The community, churches, military and business came together as one and the results are awesome. My wife and I have donate to this cause and have prayed for its success. we visited the sites many years ago and we recently visited Genesis in November of 2022. And I must tell you that it is gorgeous. First class all the way. I highly recommend visiting and supporting Genesis Joy House Shelter. Not only will the women have a home but a place that will provide the support that is need for each one to get to a place of independency. May God continue to bless the CEO, Director and board members to work as one to Provide HOPE to all who enter Genesis Joy House. HOPE! Help One Person Excel.

The birth of this organization was a desire of Margaret Queen Flowers a lady who I have the utmost respect for. While dealing with her own health and family issues has never waiver in her pursuit , of taking charge of revising a fire damage building and two other buildings that were in dyer need of repairs. Her plans are to provide housing to female veterans that are in need. The people of this organization work close together to promote and raise funds to complete their goals. Any donations are tax deductible and will be used for the purposes intended.

The service that Genesis Joy House provides to the citizens of the community who are in need can be very instrumental in helping a person survive. Genesis offers a helping hand and sometimes that might be all a person needs. Genesis Joy House has an administrative Director whose heart is in her what she is doing because she genuine cares about people. I pray for Genesis Joy House success.

I know Margaret personally and her heart and charter is exactly what an organization like this would need to help it become successful. Her Knowledge and skills that she brings to Genesis Joy House is exceptional. My wife and I open a home like this to help women in need of a safe drug free environment to live and re structure their lives and in nine months we had over one hundred and thirteen women to come through our doors in need of help. Genesis Joy House is much needed in times like these. I pray God blessings over all who are a part of this labor of Love, whether it be your prayers, donations of your physical help.
