This is a small organization (in people numbers) that helps a lot of animals and also the people in Skagit County and the surrounding area. The members are dedicated, caring and hard-working for the animals. They work with local veterinarians and have on-going training to make sure they have current information to give proper care to the animals. They are all-foster, not a shelter. Screening adopters helps make sure the animals are a good match with the families who adopt. Education regarding spay/neuter is an omportant part of their work.
