POW provides a place for people to give money responsibly. 100% of people's donations go to the field- not the administration fees or other extraneous costs. I appreciate the sacrifice of board members and volunteers willing to use their time, talents, and resources so that no administrators have to be hired to continue operations. In places where one dollar goes a long way, this makes such a difference.
