I have lived and driven by the Campus for Compassion location for the last 10 years, and recenty decided to take the EAMT (March) course and finally commited to being a volunteer. I LOVE my 2x's a month 4 hour volunteer shifts w/ the cats. All I do during that entire time is SMILE, and give LOVE to the furry felines hoping to find them the perfect forever home. And when I do match the family w/ their dream pet, their joy is my joy. There's no day in my life that I'm tremendously happy for 4 straight hours. I also have begun to foster kitties, and can't wait for my next tiny little furballs to socialize, fatten up or get them through an injury or illness. Even though there are sometimes big disappointments w/ fostering (sometimes they just can't make it), the entire experience changes my life ever day! If you love pets the way I do...give back to your community, you won't regret it!
