Review for Byte Back, Washington, DC, USA
I am a retiree who is trying to open a home based business. I tried updating my IT skills at home on my own using Video Professor. Needless to say, some of the exercises in Excel got real complicated. So, I decided to go to Byteback where I could receive hands on instructions and demonstrations. Byteback was perfect. The atomsphere was relaxed and very accommodating. Most days they even had small welcoming snacks like coffee, tea and crackers. The instructors were well informed and sharing. No question was too small to invoke the entire class' participation. Each class was a viable learning experience. My confidence increased with my IT skill. I now understand the Video Professor lessons. Would I do it again? You bet I would.
